There is no registration fee for our wraparound care any longer but unfortunately, due to rising costs, which we have not passed onto you until now, we are having to increase the sessions costs.

As you are not doubt aware, our Breakfast and After School club are running really well and children are very happy to come along and enjoy their time there. However, numbers have somewhat increased in the past year, so we have decided to separate the Early Years and Year 1 from the rest of the children in Years 2 – 6, due to lack of space. We do hope that you understand that for health and safety reasons this has been necessary. You may rest assured we are making these changes with your children’s best interest in mind.

How to book: Breakfast Club and After School Wraparound care sessions are bookable on Arbor. Full details are shown there for you to choose the various options available. Please note that your account needs to be in enough credit to enable you to book.
Sessions and Times available:
Breakfast club sessions run from 7.30am to the start of school and cost £7.00 including breakfast. After School club from 3.20pm up until 5.45pm costs £17.50 and children are given food. We also offer a session from 3.30pm to 4.20pm pm for £7.00, which parents find helpful if they only require a short period of childcare. but food is not included.
PLEASE NOTE that you can book Breakfast Club sessions up to 11pm the day before you require the service or cancel them up to this time, to receive a full refund. For Wraparound Clubs in the afternoon, you can book up to 7am on the day your reqjuire the service.
If you require an urgent booking and have to book on the day, there is a £5.00 additional charge to the fee, as staff have to manually add children to the system and check the staffing ratio.This is not a general booking procedure but to be used only for emergencies. To avoid this additional charge, please ensure that you book or cancel by 11pm the previous day. A booking can be cancelled on the day for wraparound after school clubs but you will incurr a £5.00 charge instead of the cost of the session fee.
We accept also payment by Child Care Vouchers (CCV) and by Tax Free Child Care (TFCC) to help families save money.
There is no direct link between CCV/TFCC and Parent Pay so adding credit is a two-step process:
1. Log in to your CCV/TFCC scheme and execute a credit in favour of St Teresa's – credits take two to three days to reach our bank account
2. Email finance@st-teresas.merton.sch.uk to say that the payment has been executed and detail how to apply the credit in Parent Pay e.g. “I have sent a credit of £70 for (Child’s name and class) for breakfast/After School club”.
We check the bank account most days and manually add the credit to the appropriate club of the child’s Arbor account.
Step 2 above is really important as we get lots of payments to out bank account and it can be difficult to figure out what is what without a helpful email.
